Designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia for fashion eras gone by, the Zulu & Zephyr brand embodies our Australian lifestyle; relaxed, effortless, and with the natural environment at the forefront. Founded by sisters, mothers, and active surfers, Candice & Karla Rose — the pair share a collective priority to protect the integrity of our planet for future generations. 

Wherever you might be in the world, Zulu & Zephyr transports you — ethically — to the beach, with a conscious collection of swimwear, ready-to-wear, and accessories that utilise recycled and regenerative fabrics including ECONYL® (both Signature swimwear fabric and lining) and REPREVE®, plus natural fibres; GOTS certified cotton, hemp, and European Flax Certified linen. They have worked closely with suppliers to secure BSCI and Oeko-Tex® 100 Standard manufacturing social compliance standards and enlist artisan producers, including weavers from marginalised communities in India, while regularly visiting their ready-to-wear suppliers in Indonesia. 

Zulu & Zephyr are proud partners of 1% for the Planet, Thread Together and Worn for Good. Through their partnership with Worn for Good Zulu & Zephyr have helped to promote a more circular fashion economy within their community and made donations to charities; Women Up North, Women’s Community Shelters and Look Good, Feel Better. Through their own platforms, Zulu & Zephyr continue to educate their community on ethical and sustainable business, and have contributed to Jeans for Genes Day, Make A Wish Foundation, Alannah and Madeleine Foundation as well as humanitarian donations to Syria and the NSWRFS bushfire relief.
